Methods and timeline: 

• Week 1:

  • Initial kick off meeting to understand the specific needs of the company

  • Interviews to managers, IT admins and other relevant staff to gather required information

• Week 2:

  • Meeting with possible external providers to get more information about current services and cybersecurity solutions used

• Week 3: 

  • Finalize information gathering, possible on-site visit (not included in the price) to check phisically cybersecurity posture

  • Prepare final report with findings and compliance agains NIST or the framework required by the client

• Week 4:

  • Presentation of the security risks/findings  to the client and recommendations to fix or mitigate the risk
